2026 Mississauga Cycling Map - *DRAFT*

[Posted: October 7, 2025]

A Draft version of the planned 2026 Mississauga Cycling Map (2p PDF) was presented to the Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee (MCAC) at the September 9, 2025 meeting (Agenda Item 7.3, with synched video at 37:50-55:20).

MCAC was told the 2026 map has been substantially redesigned and is smaller "for easier handling".  Many people use Google maps now, so the emphasis is on creating an overall picture of the cycling network that has been completed, all on one side.  Multi-use trails and cycle tracks for all ages and abilities are highlighted.  The map does not use colour, although the Waterfront Trail is blue and stands out well.  Cycling connections to surrounding municipalities lack detail.  There are icons for bike shops, bike repair stations, transit stations, community centres and public washrooms, etc.  The panel side provides more information than before, with links to sources.  Further updates pending.  Images (zoom) are only to convey format and are not for use.

2023 Mississauga Cycling Map

[Updated: August 19, 2025]

Paper copies of the 2023 Mississauga Cycling Map (latest edition) were distributed to all Mississauga Community Centres and Mississauga Bike Shops and are available FREE.

The digital version of the map on the City's Mississauga Cycling Map webpage enables different online viewing options.  From the same webpage a paper map can be ordered online for free postal delivery 📬

The printed (and online) map images of the cycling routes are larger than in older editions, with north and south Mississauga split between the two sides as shown in the images below (zoom only to convey the map format; not for use).
