▶ Nine Creeks Trail
This project was previously known as the Lakeshore Royal Windsor Hydro One Corridor Multi-Use Trail. In June 2019 it was renamed Nine Creeks Trail in recognition of the various creeks that intersect the trail through some of south Mississauga’s oldest and most established neighbourhoods. The trail is approximately twelve (12) km long and extends from Winston Churchill Blvd east to Westfield Drive in Lakeview, with some on-road connections. This is a joint project between the City of Mississauga and the Region of Peel in conjunction with Hydro One Networks Inc. See: the City's Building Nine Creeks Trail project webpage for updates on completed sections.
Wayfinding on the Nine Creeks Trail
[Posted: September 17, 2025]
Signage and maps along the Nine Creeks Trail reflect the new standard signage format that is being implemented on trails around the City, providing name and type of trail, location, directional and distance information conveyed in consistent colour and graphics at a glance.
Trail crossings at roads are now also signed and gated.

See 🧵⤵Biked the #NineCreeksTrail yesterday. Nice, easy ride on a quiet trail through south-west Mississauga. Started at Clarkson Park at ne corner of Winston Churchill and Royal Windsor (huge parking lot if you drive). Also parking mid-trail at Whiteoaks Park, but very busy. /2 pic.twitter.com/I8xhbwqAGP
