2026 Mississauga Cycling Map 🗺️

Paper copies of the Mississauga Cycling Map may also be available at Mississauga Community Centres and Mississauga Bike Shops and are FREE.

BACKGROUND: A Draft version of the planned 2026 Mississauga Cycling Map was presented to the Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee (MCAC) at the September 9, 2025 meeting (Agenda Item 7.3; synched video discussion at 37:50-55:20).  The final draft was presented at the November 4, 2025 MCAC meeting (Agenda Item 11.2).

MCAC was told the 2026 map has been substantially redesigned and is smaller "for easier handling".  Given the extensive use Google Maps now, the emphasis is on creating an overall picture of the cycling network that has been completed, all on one side.  Multi-use trails and cycle tracks for all ages and abilities are highlighted.  The map does not use colour, although the Waterfront Trail is blue and stands out well.  Cycling connections to surrounding municipalities lack much if any detail.  There are icons for bike shops, bike repair stations, transit stations, community centres and public washrooms, etc.  The panel side provides more information than the previous edition (2023), with links to sources.
