▶ Lisgar Meadow Brook Trail

The Lisgar Meadow Brook Trail is a paved 7.9 km trail that extends from Britannia Road to north of Derry Road, with an additional 2.4 km spur around the Osprey Marsh.  The trail lies within the naturalized greenbelt of the 16 Mile Creek tributary.  See the Lisgar Meadow Brook Trail entry at Walk and Roll Peel.  Access the interactive Peel Trails Map to zoom the route.

OSPREY MARSH RIDE: The Lisgar Meadow Brook Trail was featured on the Streetsville Slow Roll - Osprey Marsh 🌿 ride (10km route) on August 24, 2022.

LISGAR COMMUNITY RIDE: The 5-10-20km routes designed for the Lisgar Community Ride on August 20, 2022 will remain posted until the end of the year.

Lisgar Meadow Brook Trail: Get to know this 7.9 km out-and-back trail.  It runs between the Britannia Trail east of Ninth Line, to its exit at the end of Partition Road.  The trail connects with the Osprey Marsh Loop at the signalized crossing at Osprey Blvd.  Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 hour 45 minutes to complete by walking and is a beautiful scenic bike ride adjacent Lisgar Creek, a tributary of Sixteen Mile Creek.  This is a popular trail for birding, cross-country skiing, and road biking.  The trail is open year-round.  Text: LRA

Osprey Marsh Loop: Enjoy this 2.4 km loop trail on Ninth Line, north of Britannia Road.  The Loop connects with the Lisgar Meadow Brook Trail at the signalized crossing at Osprey Blvd.  Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 30 min to complete on foot and is a beautiful scenic bike ride.  This is a popular trail for birding, road biking, and trail running.  The trail is open year round with the best times to visit March through October.  Text: LRA
